Like our nation's security, education requires a team approach - with faculty and students working together to define, understand, and improve content and delivery methods. If we consider the academic environment holistically, success is additive. Effective courses involve intertwined teacher and student roles - with faculty learning from, and being challenged by, our students. This is particularly true with graduate professional programs.
